Sloppy Seconds (pt. 2)

I remember in highschool when the ‘kissing disease’ was going around and we would always try to find the source. Recently matt even had it and was pretty miserable, what illness is spread through saliva and leaves you feeling tired for weeks or months at a time?

Suck a Dick :*

In high school for a semester I started dating the exchange student, wow old memories and my first time going to the senior prom. Anyway, she was from austria, I want to know what the capital of austria is?

I dated quite a few girls in highschool which also means I had a lot of breakups. One specifically I remember because it happened over text. Over the years the percentage of breakups occurring over text have probably increased, but as of the only study i could find in 2014 roughly what percentage of breakups occur over text?

So I was looking at the most popular baby names from 1994, the year i was born, and I had a ton of girls obviously in my class by those names. What is the most popular female name from 1994.

Almost every year a email goes around noting an outbreak of an std at clark, I definitely think these are the worst kind of sloppy seconds you can have. I want to know overall what the most common STDs are.

Trichomoniasis (trick-o-monaiasis) Tricky – Fitz and The Tantrums

Repurposed Goods

  1. What 2011 film features some repurposed ideas by director and producer JJ Abrams who was finally able to work alongside his childhood hero Steven Spielberg?
****This will be the double or nothing Q for Hiiiiightide****

    Super 8

  2. So the scrap metal market in America is in terrible shape. After the economic recession, the field never really recovered. As an example, I scrapped my first car in 2010 and get $400 for it - had to scrap another and got $150 in 2013.  What type of metal and in what form fetches the highest price per pound per a local Worcester scrap site?

    “Bare bright” Copper Wire
    One Week - Barenaked Ladies
  3. So ideas are a big thing that gets repurposed but that’s always a murky subject y’know? After all, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” is a quote by Michael Scott - or so he claimed. Who did he “repurpose” this quote from?

    Wayne Gretzky
    A Milli  - Lil Wayne
  4. A great tool for repurposed goods is reselling/buying through channels and veins such as this. Clark has its very own self-created craigslist for things like this. I don’t know him personally, but who created Clark Craiglist?

    Dustin Duong
Where it’s At - Dustin Lynch

Bonus: In Clark’s University Center there are the famous 4 slotted containers where you can decide the fate of your used goods?

1. Compost - Such Great Heights by the Postal Service
2. Recycling - Recycled Air by the Postal Service
3. Landfill - Landslide by Fleetwood Mac
4. Clean Paper - Brown Paper Bag by Migos

Alex’s Science Q’s

So I made a round back in November that I never got the chance to use, but anyway let's ask some science questions.

I took intro to physics for a little bit here but anyway everyone knows newton. Which of Newton's three laws of motion states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction?

There is no definite boundary between the earth and space, but there is a line made at a certain height called the Karman line. This height is often used for space treaties and aerospace record keeping. How high is the Karman line?
100km  100 grandkins- mac miller

I don’t know if you’ve ever noticed, but often the further up you go or, the higher the altitude often the colder it is. This is due to the environmental lapse rate. For each 1000m, the average temperature is colder by a certain amount. I want to know how much colder it gets for every 1000m you gain in altitude.

6.5C   65 hunnid- Vince Staples

Some of you know, but i grew up working on boats out of maine up until college. On the bigger sailboats most people had systems which took in sea water and turned it into fresh water by pushing it through a membrane. What is this process called?

Name the 5 basic layers of the earth’s atmosphere

Troposphere  rope- foo fighters
Stratosphere  stratosphere- mutemath
Mesosphere   message man- 21 pilots
Thermosphere  them changes- thundercat

Picture Question: Back in the day people used to play the game MASH which would determine who you marry, what you did for a job, how many kids you had, where you lived, etc. Create a MASH for either Alex or myself and draw the results. If you need instructions I have a wikiHOW. Hehehe.
